We are sad to announce that we have decided to part company. Take heart in the fact you can still get your fix of Meredith, Choomby and Kris through their other projects (The Rational Academy, The Mean Streaks and D-Ko among them).

We will be saying farewell with a final show at The Troubadour alongside friends Iron On and The Devereaux on Friday August 12. Expect laughter, tears and a healthy dose of choreographed dancing!

East Coast Tour, April/May 2005
Our trip to Sydney and Melbourne last weekend to launch our EP was really fun and quite hectic. Liesl has posted some photos from the trip of the venues and the bands we played with on her photography site. There are also a bunch of photos of us from The Empress Hotel and The Rob Roy Hotel shows taken by our lovely friend Joy.

We didn't quite sell out of EPs, we think there are about 20 copies left in our posession, plus a couple of online stores still have some copies. So check this link out if you want to get one of the remaining copies.

The bands we played with were really awesome so check them out: Sparrow Hill, Marcus Teague (Deloris), Paper Crane, Broken Flight, The Winter Ship.

Thanks to anyone who voted for us in the Zed Hot 100! Two of our songs made the list: Raelene at 29 and Mez Neu at 25.

Soob Photos
There's a bunch of cool photos by our drummer Kris from last Friday at Soob posted here. He wasn't actually drumming at the time. Thanks to Matt for playing with us while Kris has been away!

Ric's Bar and Liquor Licensing Proudly Present...
Just a little note to let you all know that despite the ridiculously unfair noise restrictions placed upon Ric's Bar in the last week (95dB), we are still holding our EP Launch party there on Saturday 4th September! Bring on the pre-amps and hey, at least this time NOONE will say that it was great except they couldnt hear Meri's vocals!!! It's gonna be one fantastic party. Full lineup details below.

EP Launch Party!
We'll be launching our debut EP The H is Silent @ Ric’s Bar, Fortitude Valley on Saturday, 4th September from 3pm-5am. We're very excited to announce that we'll be sharing the stage with Shuriken & The Golden Circles. The Devereaux are playing the 2am Red Eye and Sun Hill and Loveless are taking over theCheeseboard in the afternoon. DJ Sets from The Unskinny Bops, YBIG, T.C.I, Ayoy, Holajed vs Scifi Darlin, Spooky and Sun Hill will run between the bands. 14 hours of music, and it's all free!

Pop Hoes
To make our EP launch even more special, we are organising an art show in the UpBar ar Rics from 6-8pm (on the day of the launch.) There will be photographs by Delpinotron Liesl Pfeffer, drawings by Tim Rodgers (whose artwork will feature on our EP sleeve), Heidi Pfeffer is showing her paintings for the first time, and Bre O'Neil from Ctrl Alt Delete will also be displaying her paintings. The kind people at Rics and Fatboys are generously providing nibblies and cheap drinks.
